First, you and/or your employees would fill out a short, 5-minute form, which can even be completed online. This helps E3 assess what your needs are in the first place so you can move forward in the right direction.

Step 2: Evaluation Review

The ergonomics team at E3 would next review the form you filled out to evaluate the level of need within your workspace. You can do this for your office in general, or have individual employees fill it out so needs can be assessed at every workstation.

Step 3: Workstation Evaluation

Once the evaluation stage is complete, E3 professionals can come to your workplace and evaluate your workstation in person. This is best done with you on hand so you can hear what they have to say, take in the changes they recommend, and see what they are seeing up close.

Step 4: Ergonomic Recommendations

After the specialist takes a look at the workstations in question, they will make recommendations to your ergonomic situation. They might recommend a certain chair or adjustments to the current chair. They may tell you about computer and keyboard height and other tips that need to be changed for proper ergonomics to become possible.

Step 5: Adjust Accordingly

Once you have the proper equipment, if you don’t already, the ergonomics team can help you make adjustments to things like chairs and desks so everything is in proper ergonomic order. If the recommendations they make aren’t possible, they will help you adjust the general plan to fit your needs as best they can. 

Step 6: The Follow Up

The ergonomics team won’t make recommendations and simply leave. They will help you follow through with them and then they will follow up with you later to see what kind of a difference your changes have made. If you need more help, they can reevaluate the situation with you. They hope to hear that things are going much better for your office in general.
