(30) – MINUTE FULL (VEHICLE) VIRTUAL ERGONOMIC EVALUATIONS:
An E3 Senior consultant will perform a 30-minute Virtual Vehicle Ergonomic Evaluation and Training:
- The (30) Minute (Vehicle) Virtual Ergo Evaluation will be conducted online through Zoom, Teams or Google Meet
- It is recommended that an employee provide 3 photos of themselves in their current Vehicle Car Seat prior to the call for the Ergo Consultant to review
- Employees will be given instructions on how to take vehicle seat measurements (i.e. top of head to bottom of buttocks, back of buttocks to front of knee and back of knee to floor) to help adjust user to neutral postures
- E3 will coach user on proper seat, mirror and steering wheel adjustments
- E3 will generate a custom report and provide recommendations and suggestions for things users can do immediately to improve their overall employee health, comfort, and productivity
- Complimentary Vehicle Ergo Tip Cards with a QR Code displaying how to take photographs prior to the virtual evaluation

(30-45) MINUTE FULL ONSITE (VEHICLE) ERGONOMIC EVALUATIONS:
An E3 Senior consultant will perform a 30-45 minute Onsite One-on-One Ergonomic Evaluation and Training:
- The (30-45) Minute (Vehicle) Onsite Evaluation can be conducted at employee office outside their office building or even at a car dealership if preferred by employee
- During the onsite evaluation, the Ergo Consultant will take 3 measurements of the user while seated in their car (i.e. top of head to bottom of buttocks, back of buttocks to front of knee and back of knee to floor to help user adjust to neutral postures
- The employee will be given hands on training on how to properly adjust their car seat, mirrors, and steering wheel for optimal comfort
- E3 will generate a custom report and provide recommendations and suggestions for things users can do immediately to improve their overall employee health, comfort, and productivity while in their car
- Complimentary Vehicle Ergo Tip Cards with a QR Code displaying reminders of how to set up your vehicle and stretches and exercises you can perform prior to driving

- 15 min, 20 min, or 30 min Live and/or Pre-Recorded Webinar Session (available through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meeting App)
- Webinar Recording can also be made available as link to employees who wish to view it on their own time as well
- Request end user’s email pictures ahead of time of their current vehicle car seated setups so education can be provided on how to make improvements to these home office environments immediately
- Provide the Ergo Tips and understanding of how to properly set up your Vehicle (i.e. seat, mirrors, steering wheel, etc.)
- Provide proper stretches and exercises you can incorporate prior to driving your vehicle or during driving breaks
