In 1996, the Founder of E3 Consulting, Joy Boese started her journey Designing Call Center Work Environments around office workers, listening, interacting, and engaging with her customers. Joy’s passion came from wanting to help others learn, empower, and improve one’s overall health and well-being.
Since, that humble beginning, Joy has grown the business. With the help of her incredible staff that collectively have over 75 years of experience, E3 Consulting is now recognized as an Industry Consulting Leader in office ergonomics, design, health and wellness community. E3 Consulting’s philosophy has always been to create programs that are both scalable and adaptable to a client’s culture, staff, and company’s budget. By helping companies improve the communication channels between divisions, departments (i.e. HR, Facilities, Design, EH&S, IT & Purchasing), and the employee, E3 builds programs that are able to sustain over time and improve a company’s bottom line and overall employee health, comfort, and well-being.
