½ DAY OR FULL DAY ONSITE CONDUCTING INDUSTRIAL ERGONOMIC ANALYSIS:
An E3 Senior Industrial Consultant can be onsite at a client location conducting an Industrial Ergonomic Analysis and
Reporting for (i.e. Custodial, Maintenance, Tradesman, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics, etc.):
- The ½ Day or Full Day the Industrial Ergonomic Consultant will perform assessments of the job risks related to the health and safety concerns
- Review the employees’ job process, the tools they use to perform their job and meet with the end users and their Supervisors
- Conduct job analysis, take pictures, video clips of the operations and identify the risks (i.e. push/pull, carry) and harmful exposures contributing to musculoskeletal disorders
- Provide a High Level Debrief PowerPoint Presentation within 3 -5 business days after the onsite visit has been completed prior to beginning the written digital report
- Generating a digital report will include video footage integrated E3’s (AI software technology) that details the industrial ergonomic risk factors
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for each task related to employees work process and ways to minimize potential MSDs injuries related to these types of activities
- The report will make short term, medium term and long term (if needed) of ergo recommendations that focus around administrative, behavioral, and engineering controls that can be implemented and immediately
