All That E3 Stands For

February is a month of love and appreciation, and we at E3 Consulting are ready to spread the love of ergonomics! There’s no need to do your job in an awkward position or to add stress on your musculoskeletal system, and we know that ergonomics are vital to workplace comfort, productivity, and more. When choosing an ergonomic consulting group, it’s important to pick a business that cares – like E3! This Valentine’s Day, focus on loving ergonomics by learning about our company.

Our Founder

Joy K. Boese is the President of E3 Consulting Corporation. In 1992, Joy K. Boese completed her B.A. in Communications at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. Within four short years of Joy graduating, E3 Consulting was born. Established in May of 1996, Joy has used the past 20+ years to turn E3 into a leading and cutting-edge Office Ergonomic and Design Consulting Firm. Joy had a vision to create a company with the highest standard of service possible within the field of ergonomics, and E3 was just that.

Experience

Joy K. Boese has experience with every facet of ergonomics. In her time, she’s mastered ergonomic program management, one-on-one ergonomic evaluations, crafting pre-evaluation surveys, staff training, user follow-ups, and analyses of chairs, lighting, and workstations.

Joy has had the pleasure of speaking at over 30 lectures, seminars, and interviews. Her talks have been heard by people both nationally and internationally. She is a recurring speaker at the Knowledge Series on Ergonomics, Health & Wellness, the National Ergonomics Conference Expo, NeoCon, and more. Through these speaking engagements, Joy K.
