Our online pre-evaluation survey first assesses all of your background information. Things that fall under this category include your name, the length of time you’ve been working at your current job, and which hand is dominant for you. All of these things may seem arbitrary, but the subtle nuances of background information are vital in determining necessary ergonomic improvements.

Work Habits

Next, our survey evaluates your daily work habits. This may be things you’re cognizant of, like whether you stand or sit during work, how physical your job is, and how often you leave your desk-based activities to do tasks such as print, walk to a meeting, or get water. Additionally, the survey will look at things you’re less aware of on a day-to-day basis, including posture, how your desk chair fits you, and the height of your computer monitor with respect to your eye level.
