Michael Kirst brings fitness to those who wish to achieve goals through proper training and motivation. As a former owner of a personal training business, Michael has helped to develop and transform not only the bodies of those who seek his training advice but also the mindset of these individuals through fitness and wellness education. Dedicated to the proper approach of fitness tailored to each individual client, Michael takes the time to learn about each person he trains to find out how best to help users achieve the specific goals they are looking for. Whether that means fat loss and gaining lean muscle mass or improved flexibility and reversing pain caused by poor posture combined with inactivity, Michael utilizes a systematic and scientifically proven approach to help clients reach their goals and feel great about themselves along the process. Creating a fun and motivational environment for fitness is one of key ingredients to Michael’s approach to fitness. Fitness should be an enjoyable lifestyle shared by all. You don’t have to be the best; you just have to be your best!
